Date January 25, 2016 the Copyright Office of Vietnam has been noted author and owner is Mr. Nguyen Hong An for the program of design prestressed reinforced concrete structures PreConc - version 8.

Certificate No 599/2016/QTG of the Copyright Office noted the program is to Nguyen Hong An.

Over the years, TVEn have used this tool to design the prestressed reinforced concrete structures in their contracts. The products are designed by PreConc has been used a lot in the industrial (prestressed centrifugal concrete piles), bridges (I beams,  T-inverter girder, I wide wings ...), irrigation project (prestressed concrete sheet pile).

With the registration of copyright , TVEn official use the legitimate programs to improve the quality of design and assessment projects, to help ensure the safety and economics of the project which they participate
